XmR charts are the only tool I use to display my performance measures. They’re just so insanely useful. They tell the truth, and make interpretation and decision-making loads faster and easier.

We measure to improve, and the XmR chart is a crucial link between the measuring and improving. DRCOG are experiencing more of this now, since starting to use these insightful charts in their Call Center.
