After you’ve learned how to design excellent KPIs and performance measures, you might want to cull the bad ones you already have. Use this template to evaluate your existing KPIs and performance measures, and decide which to keep and which to cull.

I thought this little template was already somewhere on the blog, but I couldn’t find it when a client asked for it.

So here it is: a simple printable template you can use to list your existing KPIs or performance measures and work out which ones are truly good (and which ones to toss!):
